Our 2nd annual Madden DeLuca CHD Awareness Golf Tournament is an opportunity for the Madden DeLuca foundation to raise awareness and funding for Congenital Heart Defects. All net proceeds from this event directly fund life changing pediatric cardiac research.

Please join us for the 2nd Annual Madden DeLuca CHD Awareness Golf Tournament as we raise funds to continue our mission to fund life changing pediatric cardiac research and bring comfort to families with critically ill children.

Golf:              $150 per golfer
                       $600 per foursome

Dinner only: $35 per person

Includes:

• 18 holes of golf

• Driving range use prior to golf

• Lunch on course

• Dinner

The Schedule:

1:00 pm   Registration opens and driving range 

1:45 pm   Pick up your assigned power cart. Review the rules and head out to your assigned hole.

2:00 pm   Shotgun start - Texas scramble format

7:00 pm   Cocktails

8:00 pm   Dinner, program and prizes

Tournament Rules – Texas Scramble

The 2nd Annual Madden DeLuca CHD Awareness Golf Tournament will be played in the form of a Texas Scramble.
A minimum of 3 tee shots must be used from each player on the team.
The best ball is then played to finish each hole.
Your score card must indicate whose ball was used on each tee shot.

Prizes will be awarded for:

• First place team - In the event of a tie, the tournament will follow the golf course rules, which uses a count back system.
• Second place team
• Best dressed team

Through the generosity of our sponsors, partners and participants, we are able to further our mission of funding pediatric cardiac research and bring hope, love and comfort to those needing a bright light in some of their darkest days.
