Registration deadline: Wednesday, September 7, 2016
Cost: $100 in donations per player

This year we are asking each player to raise a minimum of $100 in donations. Donations can be made online and tax receipts will be issued directly from the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation. Each team member will have their own fundraising website set up.
Prizes will be awarded to the individual player and team that bring in the most donations!

Each player will receive a tee-shirt (to be worn as a jersey).
All games will be played at The University of Alberta Faculte Saint-Jean

Adult Coed Tournament Rules:

All teams are guaranteed 3 games.
Games will be 50 minutes long, 2 x 25 minute halves.
Win = 3 points. Tie = 1 point.
Each team must have a team representative at all games. During each game, the representative from each team will work together to make calls, keep score, and ensure fair play.
6 on 6 is considered 5 players and 1 goalie.
Two female players must be on the field at all times.
Players must be 16 and over to play in the adult Coed division.

Playing Rules: FIFA Soccer Rules Apply, Except:
Limitless substitutions on the fly, as in hockey. Departing player must be within three feet of the sideline before replacement enters, and must not interfere with play.
Corner kicks and goal kicks as per regular soccer rules.
All free-kicks, goal kicks, corner kicks and kick-ins are indirect.
No offsides.
Must be in opponents' half to score.
Slide Tackling is not permitted. A deliberate sliding tackle will result in a free-kick to the other team.

Dinner & Dance: A dinner and dance will be hosted on Saturday May 13th. Tickets can be purchased for $20 per player. Additional tickets for non-players can be purchased for $25. Tickets include a pasta dinner and one alcoholic beverage.

All proceeds from the tournament will go directly to The Madden DeLuca Foundation to fund life changing pediatric cardiac research.
Remember, this is a fun tournament for charity.
Sporting behaviour is expected at all times.
